next week.  Please make sure that your child goes over these areas of study with

you. 

Virtue of the Month:  Charity 

Math: One Digit-Division with a Remainder, Years, Decades, Centuries, Multiples and Percents, Math Test on Thursday

History: Chapter Review (Oh, California pages 56-79, Test on Friday),

Charlemagne, A Feudal Society

Religion:  Resisting Temptation, God Forgives Our Sins, Forgive Others

Science:  Light Bends

Language Arts/Writing:  Adjectives That Tell How Many, Using Adjectives to Compare, Cont. Linking Verbs, Main Verbs and Helping Verbs, Kinds of Social Letters, A Letter of Invitation, Spelling Test on Friday

Check Monday Envelope for:  Principal’s Newsletter and flyers from the office.  The Monday Envelope needs to be signed and returned to school by Wednesday.

Religion:  Christmas, The Journey of the Magi, Jesus’ Visitors

Science:  Chapter 5 Review, Chapter 5 Test on Friday (Holt Science pgs. 78-91)

Language Arts/Writing:  Synonyms, Antonyms, Match the Meaning, Completing The Sentence, This, That, These, Those, Adjectives That Tell How Many, The Parts of a Social Letter, Spelling Test on Friday
