Fourth Grade Curriculum Update

            These are the subjects and content areas the students will be studying this week.  Please make sure that your child goes over these areas of study with

you. 

Virtue of the Month:  Faithfullness 

Math:  Naming Place Value, Naming Decimal Numbers, Decimal Numbers and Money, Circles: Radius and Diameter, Math Test on Thursday

History:  Review for Europe in the Middle Ages Test (students given a study guide), Test will be next week Wednesday, the 27^th.  Building the Railroad, Chapter 7 Review (Oh California), Chapter 7 Test will be next week on Tuesday, the 26^th.

Religion:  The Exodus, Crossing the Red Sea, Making Moral Decisions, Faith Summary

Science:  Violent Storms, Hot, Wet Air

Language Arts/Writing:  Adverbs of Place, Unit 4 Review, Unit 4 Test from Grammar Book, Comparison of Adverbs, Subject Pronouns, Spelling Test on Friday

Check Monday Envelope for:  Principal’s Newsletter and flyers from the office.  The Monday Envelope needs to be signed and returned to school by Wednesday.
