            These are the subjects and content areas the students will be studying this week.  Please make sure that your child goes over these areas of study with

you. 

Virtue of the Month:  Perseverance 

Math: Tables, Division with Zeros in Three Digit Answers, Rounding to the Nearest 1000, Line Graphs, Math Test on Thursday

History:  Gold Mining, Chapter 5 Review (Oh, California), Chapter 5 Test on Friday, Women in the Middle Ages, William the Conqueror     

Religion:  We Celebrate, Jesus Invites Us, God Provides, and Holy Days

Science:  Chapter 8 Review, Chapter 8 Test on Thursday  

Language Arts/Writing: Comparing with Adjectives, Listening to Directions, Supporting Your Opinion, Comparing with More and Most, Simple Tenses, Spelling Test on Friday.

Check Monday Envelope for:  Principal’s Newsletter and flyers from the office.  The Monday Envelope needs to be signed and returned to school by Wednesday.
