            These are the subjects and content areas the students will be studying this week.  Please make sure that your child goes over these areas of study with

you. 

Virtue of the Month:  Perseverance 

Math:  Sales Tax & Change Back, Area Part 2, Multiplying by Tens, Hundreds, and Thousands, Math Test on Thursday

History:  After The Gold Rush, Thomas Becket, Eleanor of Aquitaine  

Religion:  Holy Days of Obligation, Faith Summary, Annointing of the Sick, Prayers of Intercession

Science:  (Rescheduled from last week) Chapter 8 Test on Wednesday,

Begin Chapter 9 – Rain and Clouds, Cold and Warm Fronts  

Language Arts/Writing:  Vocabulary Definitions, Synonyms and Antonyms, Match the Meaning, Word Associations, Linking Verbs, Helping Verbs, Subject Verb Agreement, Comparing with More and Most, Spelling Test and Robinson Crusoe Test on Friday (No study guide)

Check Monday Envelope for:  Principal’s Newsletter and flyers from the office.  The Monday Envelope needs to be signed and returned to school by Wednesday.
