next week.  Please make sure that your child goes over these areas of study with

you. 

Virtue of the Month:  Respect and Responsibility

Math:  Adding Money, Adding with Regrouping, Even Numbers and Odd Numbers, Test on Thursday Lessons 6-10, Some and Some More Part 1

Geography:  Time Zones, How to Read Physical Maps, California Regions

History:  Review of Islam Unit, Islam Unit Test on Friday

Religion:  Unit 1 Session 3 – Adam and Eve, God’s Promise, Using Our Freewill, Faith Summary

Science:  The Moving Continents, Broken Crusts, Making Mountains

Language Arts:  Synonyms, Types of Sentences, Similes  Writing:  Giving the Paragraph a Title, Writing Sentences in Order, Finding the Exact Word    Reading:  Continue Reading/Discussing Pollyanna, Focusing on Characters and Plot, Focusing on Literary Elements and Devices

Check Monday Envelope for:  Principal’s Newsletter and flyers from the office.  The Monday Envelope needs to be signed and returned to school by Wednesday.
